Using the Law for Public Health
The book presents with a series of papers authored by people who have been related to the subject of health for long, in one way or the other. It presents a detailed picture of what has been done to ensure “Universal health” so far, and the hurdles that still remain to be conquered to realize the guarantee of Right to Health under the Constitution. Law is a powerful source and formulation and implementation of a statute or a scheme that takes into account the gaps that need to be filled would be a leap towards a healthy future. By way of this book, some of the major needs of the hour are sought to be brought to light.
