On 14.05.19, a team from HRLN visited Mansarovar Park, in New Delhi to assess the
administration of schemes ( JSSK, JSY and PMMVY) and interviewed the pregnant and
lactating women. The purpose of the investigation was to assess the following:
1. To determine when PW&LM in Mansarovar Park were aware of the JSK, JSY and PMMVY
Scheme and its benefits.
2. To assess whether the PW&LM were compliant with the pre-conditions of the schemes.
3. To assess whether the PW&LM were aware about the Schemes.
4. To determine whether PW&LM aware about gaining access to the benefits under the
Schemes.
5. To determine whether any of the PW&LM’s received any of the benefits under the Scheme.
