The Fact-Finding was conducted across 9 Mohalla Clinics and 1 polyclinic on 17th June 2019. 6 interns, in a team of two members each conducted the fact-finding across 9 districts in Delhi. The interns were from different Law Universities. Hence, the teams, by adopting a survey method of research and assessment, obtained information on the following issues:
- Availability of doctors at the Mohalla Clinic
- Availability of Medicines at the Mohalla Clinic
- Tests being conducted at the laboratory of the Mohalla Clinic
- Sanitation conditions at the Mohalla Clinic
- Facilities provided to pregnant and lactating mothers at the Mohalla Clinic
- The treatment meted out to the patients at the Mohalla Clinic
- Availability of facilities at nearby dispensaries
- Difference in services provided by Public Dispensaries and Mohalla Clinics
- Conditions of the doctors and staff of the Mohalla Clinic
