HRLN and Prayasorganized a two day National Consultation on “Concrete Plan of Action on Doing Public Interest Litigation on Reproductive Health and Rights” on the 23rd and 24th July 2016 at the YMCA and Constitution Club in Delhi.The consultation is part of an ongoing effort of HRLN to build and foster a national level dialogue on reproductive health and rights that will lead to concrete action.
The consultation aimed to identify and understand thecomplex issuesrelating to violations ofReproductive and Health Rights and to evolve different legal strategies to address these issues.It provided a platform for cross state learning on using the law to promote sexual reproductive health and rights.
